    Am Donnerstag, 08.05.2025 entfällt die Vormittags-Fahrt der Neuen City-Tour 2 mit Abfahrten um 10:00 Uhr ab Schloßbrücke und 11:00 Uhr ab Friedrichstraße. Bitte buchen Sie alternativ die Abfahrtszeiten um 12:45 Uhr / 13:45 Uhr oder unser große City-Tour 3 über Spree und Landwehrkanal (10:55 Uhr/11:50 Uhr).

    Are dogs permitted on board?

    Dogs are allowed on board with us as long as your pet is well-behaved so that other passengers are not disturbed. A dog ticket costs 2€ and can only be purchased additionally at the ticket office (not online).

    Why are tickets not offered for children under 6?

    Children under the age of 6 travel free of charge with us, therefore a ticket is not necessary.

    Can I take a buggy or stroller on board?

    Buggy and stroller may of course be brought on board. However, the upper deck is accessible only by stairs. The interior is also accessible only via a few steps.

    I can’t book online, why is that so?

    Online booking is only possible if you agree to our ticketshop cookies. Open the cookie banner via the link "Cookie settings" in the content area or in the footer. In the Ticketshop tab, you must check the box next to activate and save your settings.

    I am severely disabled with a "B" on my ID card. Will I get a discount?

    With us, severely disabled persons receive a discount; the accompanying person also travels at the price of the severely disabled person.

    At what age do I get the senior rate?
